Michaels Paving

These gentlemen repaved my driveway today and it looks phenomenal!! I honestly could not be any happier with the work. I’m very picky about symmetry and quality. I was having an extension added to my driveway in addition to the repaving. I wanted the extension to line up as closely as possible to where my old pavement stopped against my house. There was an overhang that we thought might get in the way of them paving, but they somehow made it work and it looks perfect!! I would absolutely recommend Michael’s Paving.

We got a new driveway and it looks beautiful! Everyone I have dealt with at Michael’s was great starting with Jenna in the office, the estimator, and the work crew! And they did it so fast……less than one day👍. I was amazed. They were recommended to me by a friend who had them do their driveway last year and I would highly recommend them!

Poor Quality Work and Unreliable Service. I hired Michael’s Paving to replace my driveway. They completed the job in one day, which seemed quick but initially looked fine. However, two days later it rained—and I realized I had a pool forming in the middle of my new driveway. I sent them photos and they agreed it was an issue, assuring me it would be an “easy fix” by re-rolling it. Unfortunately, they canceled twice (without notifying me) before finally showing up. When they did return, not only did they fail to fix the drainage problem, but they made the driveway look significantly worse. There are now dents, surface damage, and the top layer was stripped off in places. Overall, this was a frustrating experience. I would not recommend Michael’s Paving. I had chosen to go with Michael's Paving after having received a handful of quotes. They were by far the most competitive in terms of price but what really sold me was their service. I believe Eddie came out to give me the initial quote and we talked over the phone at length. Originally, I was thinking of just patching the areas of my driveway that were severely cracked but I ultimately decided to do an overlay. Eddie was honest and told me the overlay would essentially give me a brand new driveway that I wouldn't need to touch for another 3-4 years. He even explained to me that sealcoating it too often would be more detrimental than leaving it be. As a contractor myself, I really appreciated his candidness.
