They charged me double my original quote, didn’t complete the work, and failed to send me the inspection report with photos, as promised when I hired them. To tip the scale further, their customer service reps are rude and unhelpful. They keep telling me to “wait one more day and you will have the report.” A few weeks later and I still haven’t received my reports. I manage several rental properties and work with service providers regularly. This is company is one of the rudest, least customer-centric vendors I’ve ever worked with. It’s my fault for not vetting the more diligently. Hopefully I can prevent someone else from making the same mistake I did.
