From start to finish, the service was truly exceptional. Jody, who came out to give us a quote on a Thursday, was incredibly thorough and explained everything clearly. He and another technician (whose name I unfortunately forgot) started the job just a few days later on Tuesday. They efficiently hauled out the old water heater and mounted the new tankless one cleanly to the wall, routed new venting, and installed a new outlet for it. We started using Michiana Indoor Comfort system several years ago for our furnace and ac needs. We have had an updated electrical system with a whole house generator installed by them. We were really excited when they added plumbing services. Jody came out soon after we called Tiffany about getting a quote for our bathrooms. The very next week Jodi and Justin were here by 8:30. Finished up by 1:30. They replaced our old outdated and leaky faucets and shower heads in both bathrooms. They had to remove a door and a banister to put in an access panel for our downstairs plumbing. Our plumbing hasn't been updated since the house was built in 1969. We recently had the MICS team install a 3-phase circuit for a new machine in our factory and couldn't be more impressed with their work. Michiana Indoor comfort has been servicing our homes’ furnace for over 10 years. We started using them when the A/C in our first home started acting up. We called a “big name” company at first and was given a large bill and estimate for a new unit because our 15 year old unit was “needing replaced”. We decided to get a second opinion and Michiana Indoor Comfort was recommended by a few guys at work. Justin inspected our unit and assured us that our unit had several years of service left. We have Michiana Indoor Comfort inspect our furnace and A/C every fall and spring. They are honest about the condition of the unit and fair in their price. We will continue to use them for our HVAC needs.
