Michigan Gutter Man

I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from Austin, the owner of Michigan Gutter Man. Our experience has been an absolute nightmare. Austin improperly installed our gutters, which now leak directly onto our porch. This has caused cement corrosion, water damage to surrounding areas, and wood rot. Because of the poor drainage, we’ve also had ice dams form in the winter that caused water damage inside our home. My husband and I have contacted Austin numerous times to fix these issues. We even sent him pictures and videos clearly showing the problems, but he still refused to come out and make it right. He only answers when we call from an unknown or blocked number—then promises to come by, but never shows up. This kind of behavior is unprofessional, dishonest, and completely unacce

Austin and his crew did an amazing job at our church building. They came out when they said, the gutters were in bad shape, but they were able to get them spotless. They also went above and beyond by cleaning off the roof and the side walk. I highly recommend them!!

Austin, the owner was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without any hesitation. The gutters were installed quickly(just barely over a day). Austin also returned after the job was completed to make sure the job was done up his standards. The price I paid was about $4000 less then what Victors had quoted me at. I also got 6 inch gutters and the highest level of leaf guard protection for this price. Victor’s quote did not include any of that. The gutters look and function perfectly. I highly recommend Austin and The Michigan gutter man. Photos to be added, it’s raining heavily right now.

I can't say enough about Michigan Gutter ManWOU and Austin the owner! They came out less than 48 hours after the gutter nails came loose. They not only fixed them, but installed a different nail system to make sure they would last until I was ready for a full gutter install. Austin was kind, ethical, and very reasonably priced. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Due to years of neglect, my gutters were literally falling off the house and creating a waterfall next to the house during rainstorms. As a knock-on effect, I happened to be renovating my basement and noticed water seeping in from the ceiling due to this issue. Fearing the eventual damage that would be caused to a finished basement, I had Austin come out and quote a complete gutter replacement and repainting. Compared with another quote, his price came in cheaper and included more work, so I went with MGM. A few months after the initial quote, Steve came out and started the installation. As an aside, Steve was easily one of the most personable, polite, and passionate contractors I’ve ever dealt with. In fact, my wife commented to me independently about “that super nice gutter guy”. Even
