No problems here. Little off the beaten path. Overnight parking yes. Shipping hrs 8-4pm. Must have PU #.

This place is fast, it depends on when you get there. I was only truck, in and out 30 minutes. Full load!

Had a great experience getting loaded. Lunch break and the forklift driver worked though it. Even though was told to back into area with the mt trailer and were he wanted me was next to step deck loaded.The load weight was less then they advertised close yes. Not more as usual.

It's a place of dirt (soil) so if it rains things might get a bit muddy. Drive way is blacktop and when it gets busy things might get a bit tricky. They have a good system to keep things moving however you might still have to wait an hour or so to get a dock. All socks are outside be patient and you'll be out in no time. Plenty of Porta potties.
