Called and spoke to receptionist about bat in my house. She said if I knew where the bat was they would come out same day and remove it. I didn’t stay in my house that night but knew where the bat was. I went back and checked and he was still there. I called back and receptionist had tech call me. He called right away and headed to my house and got the bat. He was punctual and professional and looked at a couple places that concerned me. They are coming Friday to seal up everything. Great, professional service!!!

Spencer is the best. He came out on the coldest day of the year and never complained about it. Per my request for him, the job is finished now. Michigan Wildlife Solutions – Tyler is outstanding Nobody wants to deal with bats in their house, but this experience went as smoothly as possible because of Tyler. He showed up on time, walked me through what was happening, and explained everything in a way that made sense. He was patient with my questions, never rushed, and made me feel calm about the situation. He clearly knows his field. He explained bat behavior, cleanup, long term prevention, and what to expect next without scare tactics or pressure. His recommendations were smart, helpful, and easy to understand.
