Called for a drain to be unclog and asked for a quote upfront when the technician arrived. Was told they don’t give quotes, but it would be about $150 for an hour. The technician was here for around an hour, so that’s what I expected to pay.Instead, I received an invoice for $295 in the mail.No one mentioned:extra equipment fees, separate labor charges or any additional costs whatsoever When I called to question the bill, the general manager explained the charges and then suggested I should basically be “grateful” because other companies quote about a $1,000 for similar work. So apparently customers are expected to be thankful for being charged almost double what was verbally stated — as long as someone else charges more. This isn’t about comparison shopping. It’s about basic communication

I recently had an HVAC problem during the coldest time I can ever remember. They could not fix it that day, but Charles worked so hard to get the emergency heat working and did. The next day Justin was back out and found a very complicated problem and got it up and running. These gentlemen were so professional, kind, and solved the problem. Thank you so much!

Paid to have drain snaked twice by them, it started draining but barely. Called to let them know and they asked if I wanted to speak to the manager, I said no I don’t want to speak with them. I really just wanted the issue fixed, l ended up paying Crystal Water Plumbing to actually fix the entire problem.

My only toilet was clogged. Terry sent Todd & Jake out right away. They started with a snake and when it got stuck, they had to pull the toilet - they removed the tube of toothpaste causing the clog, and reinstalled my toilet. (They even changed my toilet seat out while they were there.) They were in & out in 30 mins! Thank you for being courteous, efficient and clean. 10/10
