I was directed to the wrong entrance, then directed to another that, by the grace of God, I barely managed to get through with my truck. I checked in with the shipping department. Was told I was good to go where I was parked. Opened the canopy on the flaflat and I waited. No one came out, so I went in to ask about the size and weight of the load. Then I am told they want to pull me into the gated area; the same gated area I was told on the other side of the building that I couldn't get through. I could go on, but you get the idea.

Difficult to find entrance. No clear signs posted. I pull a 53' Van tralier. Receiving is off of 30th street and shipping is off of shadeland ave. You trail beside the building to the back docks. I sat 5 hrs waiting to get loaded. Load was ready appt time was 10am. 19 of 23 skids are on the truck its 2:42pm.

When you come here ignore the sign that THEY themselves put up wrong instructions just ring the bell..:on the left side
