TL;DR – Quality control issues throughout and the cabinet doors started falling off within three months. They care more about reassuring an unaffiliated contractor than the actual customer. I HATE leaving negative reviews, especially for small independent companies, so I agonized over whether to leave this review. I concluded, however, that due to the cost and nature of my purchase, it seemed important. And after cabinet doors FELL OFF before both Thanksgiving and Christmas, I was unhappy. For context, the cabinets (without installation) cost nearly as much as my HOUSE 10 years ago and the total kitchen remodel cost far MORE than the house. My partner bought $12k worth kitchen cabinetry from this company. They used veneered particle board for the kitchen sink cabinet. Needless to say using this cheap material is causing warping and swelling issues less than two years later. If they used material that reflected the price of the cabinets this would not be happening. The paint is perfect but the particle board underneath is an enormous insult and disappointment. Multiple issues from beginning to end with this custom cabinet build.
