Absolutely outstanding experience with Mid-America Train in Valley Park! From the moment I called, the customer service was exceptional; friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. I was amazed at how easy it was to get an appointment; they had availability the very next day and worked around my schedule without any hassle. The technician they sent out, Brock, was an absolute gem. He arrived right on time, was incredibly polite, and took the time to explain everything he was doing in a way that made total sense. No one showed or called for my 9:00 am drain cleaning. I expressed I had appointments leading into the day and if they could not be here at 9:00 to call before because I can’t sit around all day. They assured me they would be there or call before hand, this did not happen. I was left waiting and decided to just cancel my appointment. I made numerous calls to other contractors before making the choice of mid America due to how fast they said they could be here. With them not showing up or calling it just feels like a slap in the face. I’d rather give my business to someone who wants to show up.

They charged me over $700 to look at a drain blockage and tell me that they can't do it and I need to hire someone else. I ended up having to call someone else out last minute who actually fixed the issue, a few hours after Mid America Drain Services said they couldn't accomplish. I guess there is a reason this place requires a credit card on file before they accomplish any "work". I would not go with this company, there are plenty of other good plumbers in the area.

I would give 10 stars if it was an option. Very knowledgeable, worked quickly, explained everything as he went along. I felt pricing was very fair. Less than $100 more than renting the equipment with no guarantee it would work. Brock was my technician, I would highly recommend him and this company over all. I fought this for 2 weeks trying to rent equipment ect. In the future if needed I will call them right away.

I called Mid American Drain Service about my clogged sink drain. They were the only company that could give me an estimate over the phone. I booked their service for 1 st opening and was given a time frame of 1-2 pm. At 1 pm they called and said a technician was in the way. Soon after that Nick arrived and was able to clean the nasty black blockage. The estimate was spot on and I felt it was very reasonable vs everything other companies told me. Nick was very nice and helpful. He cleaned up after himself and was in and out. I would recommend Nick and his company to anyone. Thank you Nick!
