Re: Whirlpool oven Mid America was fantastic to work with. The person who I scheduled an appt with was polite and the tech (David) was really great about letting me know what was going on. He figured out the problem and ordered the part that same day. He came out the next week to fix it. Super polite and neat. I will definitely refer Mid America to my friends who need an appliance fixed. Thank you, Mid America for being so great!

We had a problem with a GE ice maker that was installed by a local business. We were very unhappy with all that the local company did. We called Mid America. They scheduled right away. The problem was a difficult one. The tech called GE and came many times. He finally got the right answers and fixed the problem. Even though he was here multiple times, they only charged us the initial service fee. Kiddos to them! Very professional and honest!!! Thank you David!

First, let me preface this LENGTHY review with this...I am the sole caregiver of my 87 year old mother and 91 year old father.  My father had a severe stroke and requires regular linen, bed and clothing changes sometimes 2 even 3 times a day. So, as you can imagine I do a TON of laundry! Now the exciting part: On Sunday I thought the clothes looked like they were a bit 'soapy' when I pulled them out of the washer to go into the dryer. I just kinda passed it off, but early Monday morning (4:30AM) I started a load of laundry and confirmed that our 4year old Roper workhorse (GREAT MACHINE) was skipping the rinse cycle.
