To say that I am disappointed with Mid-Ark Roofing is an understatement. I am sure this review will go unnoticed, word of mouth will always be free advertising, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone. I rarely go out of my way to give "one star" reviews because I will admit that there was only one good thing about this company. They quickly responded to my request to schedule an estimate to replace the roof at our church building. This is the only positive thing I can say about Mid-Ark Roofing because it went downhill soon after. During my phone conversation with Zak Lowry, he asked me "How many companies did I have coming to look at the roof?" While I can appreciate wanting to know what you might possibly be up against, that is ultimately none of your business.

There has not been a single occasion where Mid Ark has been called that they have not only answered that call or worked professionally with anyone and everyone who is looking for a roof estimate. I’d recommend this company to anyone who is looking for quality roofing work you can TRUST.
