Used then for over 30 years. Totally different since new corporate management.

Bought new windows and screens 6 months ago, 1 screen pulled out of frame, they were little help and getting it fixed. Did give me a name of place that would repair it but didn't know where they were. They could have cared less

EDIT/UPDATE: Mid Cape replied to my review and reached out to me via email telling me to call them. I replied asking for the best phone number to call and they didn't reply. I followed up a few weeks later asking again which number I should call and they didn't reply again. Looks like their motive behind replying to my review was to make it look like they have good customer service without actually having good customer service. ------- We reached out to Mid Cape for replacement windows last year. Our windows were original to our house which was built in 1910 - single pane glass so they were very drafty, and the weights used to keep the window up had separated so we had to jam something under them to keep them open. With a baby on the way, we wanted to replace the windows to make them safe
