I cannot say enough good things about Falesity. She does an absolutely amazing job on our home. The attention to detail is incredible; she doesn’t just do a surface clean, she truly goes above and beyond. Every room looks and smells amazing when she’s finished. She takes the time to get all the little things that most people overlook, and it makes such a difference. She was also professional, reliable, and very respectful of our home. It’s clear she takes a lot of pride in her work and genuinely cares about doing a great job for her clients. Finding someone this thorough and trustworthy is rare, and I’m so grateful we found her.

First cleaning was good, second was not. We didn't have an issue the missed things, the issue is with the owner's response. We presented the issue at 3pm on Friday. I explained that the employee missed some things and we were happy with the first service. The woman explained that they normally have the quality assurance person come by and inspect/tidy the home if needed, but she was sick. All of this is fine. They asked if the person could come back and clean things that afternoon. We have a toddler and having someone come back Friday afternoon is not possible for us. She asked my wife if they could come Saturday morning, and we declined that as well. We scheduled the cleaning during the day while we are at work and the little one is in school. My wife said its not necessary,

We used Mid City Maids for a move out cleaning. We were very pleased with the service provided. They send someone out to inspect the work after the cleaner(s) finish their work. The inspector felt that additional cleaning was necessary in the shower. They came back out to provide additional cleaning, after which, the shower was great! They definitely want you to be satisfied with their work.
