Ricky came out and took down the fence he installed. It was his Christmas gift to us. I am a disabled firefighter with stage 4 renal failure and he felt that despite my hospital admission that he was being lied to about everything. He called me a liar in front out my home. Demanded cash or he was taking his fence. I was finally going back to work and told him he would be paid Friday, but he elected to take his fence down and leave. Very sad because they did a very nice job on the fence. No compassion from Ricky Rowe. I will think of him from my dialysis chair with much less than a fond regard.
