The tech, Lovens, was great to work with. The past few years, the drain has been freezing up despite following correct maintenance. This is the first tech who suggested a long-term solution for the problem. He took time to explain the issue and the recommendation. He answered all my questions. Very polite and professional. Wonderful to work with!

Jared was our service technician today. He did a fabulous job of explaining what he found during his inspection of our system. His explanation was excellent. He took time to explain his findings and his recommendations, along with a time frame and cost associated with each item. I highly recommend Jared for future services and will be requesting him to come out for our future hvac needs!

To be clear, Mid-FLA is not responsible for the existing issues with my system. If work needed to be done then I understand. There was some work that was comped, but overall with the way things unfurled, I have been left wondering if I made the correct choice with the work I had done or if there were more cost effective approaches or repairs that could have been made instead. As someone who prioritizes peace of mind, the peace of knowing that I made the right decision was compromised. I was then reached out to twice by AI for feedback, then when I spoke with a manager to voice my feedback, they sounded disinterested. While I did not expect much from this call, there was no sense of empathy, with the call ending with then telling me to let them know if I need any other work done. This feel

Jason came out with a helper and did nine units on our rental properties. They were very knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. We have Mid Florida maintain our units every six months. They do a great job at a reasonable price.
