We absolutely love our new driveway! Previously just a mess of sand and and dirt with drainage going in the wrong direction ( into our garage instead of away from it) Once we got our cement pads done, Ryan came to our rescue and helped us develop a good plan for the layout and grade of the whole driveway area. All of the recommendations were focused on the best solutions for us, while keeping cost down as much as feasible. They were promptly on time in the mornings, communication was great and all the work done top notch. He was busy on the job from morning to night, many days putting in extra to end at a good place. Great customer service! We went somewhere else first that had no one working, doors locked during posted business hours.. called Mid Michigan Turf Care and they were very accommodating to get us taken care of asap. Had us loaded up in minutes! Great prices too. Glad to have found this place for future projects.

Ordered 1 yard of stone Friday evening for Saturday delivery. Said they were short staffed Saturday and wanted to know if they could deliver Friday evening. SURE! No problem! Set at home from 5om on Friday evening. NO SHOW! NO CALL! 11am Saturday WE called them. OOPS! "Driver" delivered to the wrong address Friday night! WHAT? And they knew it happened! Had to wait for 2 more hours Saturday to get delivery. Now we were 4 hours behind our project! Driver was great when he got there. Prob won't use their service again.

Get your quote in writing. They raised gravel up to $55/yd (most expensive amongst competitors) within 2 days btwn my quote and ordering. Make sure she understands size of order otherwise she'll quote lowest delivery rate which ranges $45-65. My order ended up costing 14% more than the quote. $100 to cancel order.
