I was initially very pleased with the services offered and the pricing. However, communication has been extremely disappointing. After several attempts to get in touch (through emails and texts) I received no response. I even tried to cancel services, but that message was also ignored. I hope future clients receive more consistent communication and professional treatment.

We called Mid-MO Cleaning to help with my elderly father’s nasty home. I particularly needed help with bathroom and kitchen, but because our situation was so stressful, I decided more help in other rooms would relieve some of our stress. We were told on initial phone conversation that a team would arrive on Wednesday at 9 to clean and was scheduled for two days, with an extra day if needed. After sending a text to let them know my dad would be in house that day, and how that might go, I was told i misunderstood. Someone would come between 9 and 10 to see what job entailed. Stephanie arrived close to 10 and viewed home. She was kind, nonjudgmental, and friendly. The owner, Lillian, replied to my inquiry with friendliness and transparency, and her rates were fair. She said she had a staff of four women. I asked about availability, and she suggested a date about two weeks out. Not my preferred date, but I wanted to be adaptable. Two days before, I confirmed the date/time with Lillian again and everything was fine. Then the evening before, Lillian asked if she could shift my cleaning from the morning to the afternoon. I wouldn't recommend them. Had a cleaning scheduled for weeks before our new tenant moves in. Never showed up, waited 4 hours to get a txt message that she double booked us. What a hassle! Can't pay good money to get someone even to show up or communicate in a timely manner to let us know, she double booked.
