The workers are wonderful and did a good job, but if you need it done in any kind of time frame then do not use them. They were 2 weeks late on the schedule and then a week later cleaned up the trees. They have terrible communication till it's time to pay and then they are very fast to get their money. Tried to get the stumps done by them and gave up. Wouldn't respond to any emails and wouldn't answer calls. Great work but terrible customer service by the office.

These people are the most respectful and honest people in every way. They do wonderful work and do what they say there going to do.there very professional I highly recommend this crew , there experience and dedication surpasses any and all I've seen.

What a great company!! They just removed two tree next door to me. They did a wonderful job. These trees were huge and hung over houses, electric line's, cable line's. Employees are very knowledgeable and very polite! Great job!

We used Mid Ohio for the first time today to trim 4 oak trees, 1 maple and a river birch. From start to finish the whole crew did a great job. There wasn’t a branch that I thought should have been cut off after they left. We will definitely use them again and will recommend them to others if I have the opportunity.

Called for them to come and give an estimate to remove a couple trees. They came gave me an estimate, called the next day to setup a time. They said it would be a couple weeks and would call me back with a more accurate time frame. Waited a month, no call. Called them and the lady who answered took my information and said she would call me back. That was a month ago and no call. Very unprofessional. Complete waste of time. Would not recommend.
