If I could give 0 I would. While I did not personally hire them, they were out doing work behind my house in the utility easement for fronteir as Fronteir was installing their network in my neighborhood. During the boring process of placing the conduit, they bored through my sewage pipe leaving my house flooding several times and causing $12k+ in damage. I've been trying to reach out to this company by phone (and voicemail), email, and online forums with no response from anyone. This is highly concerning as them and fronteir are trying to avoid taking accountability for this issue. On top of that this company left a manhole open for WEEKS just a few feet from a busy side walk which is a major safety issue for not only the public, but wildlife (which some did end up dying from this). Terrible contractor. They were contracted in our area to run fiber lines. Absolutely NO communication from them! They did a horrendous job at repairing lawns that were destroyed from digging. They left trash… empty water bottles, fast food cups, misc trash in our yard and on our fence. They plugged into our electricity (caught on camera) to run equipment WITHOUT our premission! Every encounter with them has been just terrible!!!

It is rather unacceptable how this crew leaves people's yards a month after they install fiber for Frontier in North East Ohio. They destroy sprinkler lines and heads and do not fix them. They rip up yards and then just throw straw over it without fixing the situation.

Company and it's employees have no respect for surrounding businesses of there employment area. they don't go to the businesses or tenants and give prior warnings of what they are doing, and they make jokes about peoples misfortunes, I own a business in Dayton where they ae working right now and they hit a gas main on tuesday 07/18/2023 which caused the evacuation of the surrounding buildings, tenants and businesses alike and they had the gas company come out which in turn caused the electric company to come out and cut off electricity to the buildings, to this day 07/21 nothing is right and all the businesses and tenants are complaining, I personally lost more than half of my business for the week because customers are too afraid to come to my store and some of the tenants lost food and h
