Mid State Forms

My wife and I were heading to her cancer appointment on March 28th, at 9:06 a company truck with a flatbed trailer had a rock roll off the trailer and crack our windshield, I took down their phone number and called them thinking they would do the right thing and cover the cost of repairs. The receptionist was very rude and hostile telling me the company Mid State Forms was not going to cover the damage that could of been avoided if the driver would of broomed off the trailer. I would seriously consider if I was in need of their services looking elsewhere as they seem to not care and are not very conscious about other people vehicles and or safety.

My husband wasOn the highway with me taking me to to my cancer treatment. We were behind one of their trucks and noticed it had an empty flatbed trailer with a bunch of dirt rock and debris just flying off the flatbed, so we were staying some distance behind trying to get around when one of the rocks directly hit our windshield.we made note of the license plate. Time and called the company and the woman who answered the phone was very hateful and acted like we made up our story, and told us that what insurance is for, we were also trying to let them know for safety they should clean out their trailers when on the highway so other motorists aren't endangered but she was hateful and didn't listen.

The workers have been exceptional respectful on the noise level and cleanliness of the site. I noticed some oil leaking in steet today from one of their trucks and made a call to office . Within a few minutes Ty had it handled! Thank you and very much appreciative!
