Garage door spring broke Saturday morning called a friend and they recommended Mid State. I called and left a message. Heather returned my call was so nice. She explained the Saturday emergency price or they could come on Monday morning. I thought 100 dollars for service on the weekend was reasonable. Heather said they would have someone here in about an hour and a half. Kendall came out and repaired the door and asked me about if I wanted to replace my worn door rollers. I knew they were old and shot. So I said yes. He aligned and lubed everything. 20 year old door works like new. I could not be happier!

How wonderful to be able to give great reviews for a change. Problems always come up when the weekend is upon us. But Ms. Ogg responded to my online request early Saturday and arranged an appt first thing Monday morning. Workers were the best. And very reasonable. 5 stars for this company.
