Mid-West Door & Window

Homeowners, do not waste your time trying to do business with Mid-West Door & Window in Midland, TX. You will only be frustrated. I walked in with $30,000.00 cash in hand and was more or less ignored by Tom McDaniel their "so called" assistant manager. This business wants to deal with general contractors and the like. They do not have time for the individual homeowner. I can respect that... I am just $30,000... but I will not pay people who marginalize my hard-earned money, and you shouldn't either! Listen to me, my calls and emails were ignored. Eventually I got a quote many weeks after others had responded, but what good is that when they are dictating to you what the timeline will be while you are paying them. Seriously, avoid this business. Better response, better treatment, better

We tired to buy windows and doors for a new build from Ryan at Mid-West, they never gave me a quote. I bought windows and doors from another company. I just called Mid-West to ask for help with my doors, they refused because I did not buy from them.
