Terrible communication. When transferred to the office manager, she sounded less than enthused to even speak to me. She didn't know where I was calling from or what I was inquiring about and immediately had a tone change when I introduced myself. I just had a few questions about where your team services and some pricing if available. Wouldn't recommend.

We had midwest glass complete the glass on our custom shower in our newly remodeled master bath. When the contractor came to look at the job they did, he observed that the gap between the shower door and the glass shower wall was too big and was leaking water through the gap when the shower was on. There was also a 3 inch scratch on one of the main glass pieces, and the silicon on one of the main shower walls did not hold and the wall was loose. We called 5 times and were directed to Dan, but he never returned our voicemails. We were given Dan's email and he never responded after 3 emails. After dealing with no response and no help for SIX MONTHS, a representative finally showed up to look at the shoddy work. Dan shared that they would split the cost of the scratch with us 50/50 beca
