I saw the other positive reviews and had this company install 3 heat pumps in my house in 2022. We've had multiple problems with our split units since then. I saw the other positive reviews and can only shake my head. This latest problem finally gave me the kick that I needed to write this. First, the installation wasn't great. The date/time was changed several times and we weren't notified. Also, the guy installing the heat pumps let his dog in our backyard without our permission. I mean, who does that? This was after my husband told him our dog is scared and reactive. This was so unprofessional and just plain weird but we didn't say anything because we were anxious to get the heat pumps in before the summer heat. We have used an oil burner for 20 years to heat our home but felt it would be a good idea to have a backup system ( in case the cost of oil goes thru the roof) that utilizes green energy. And we wanted some ac to cool during the summer.. And the mini split does both utilizing hydro electric power.
