Middendorf contracting stick built our house. They build a high quality house. They are experienced, they are easy to work with, listened to any concerns or changes we wanted to make, and finished our house in a timely fashion. We are very happy with our home.

Middendorf Contracting built my 40’ x 40’ building which included a second floor and 3 10’ x 10’ doors. They did an EXCELLENT JOB and I would highly recommend them. K2 Kenny Crown

No customer service. Reached out to this company multiple times to have someone come out to look at a project I want to have completed, they always take my number but no one ever returns my call.

Pretty unresponsive and unreliable. They were supposed to return to fix the cracks and flooring after the house settled for a year and never returned. They cut the linoleum in our living room too short and it no longer fits under the threshold strip so it sticks up as a tripping hazard. They told us they would replace it with a custom made wider version and then ghosted us. Tried contacting them again to get it fixed and they said they would look into it and then was again never given a response. Update: after posting the review they did reach out and return to finish the work and replaced the threshold strip and glued down the linoleum.
