I just got off the phone with a ceramic she was amazing very helpful very smart with what she has to do I was more then impressed with her she needs a raise
Whoever is in charge of cutting around the lines, left deep tire tracks all in my yard and ran over I don't know how many of my ornamental plants. Left woods chips everywhere also. Very unacceptable, not sure what they were thinking??
Did fast and excellent job putting up outdoor light. This was awhile back and I forgot to do the review. From phone call to installation, all 5 stars!!
You website needs work, its usually down when i try to pay my bill online. I usually have to try multiple times to log in and pay my bill. I work nights and unable to access my account when i am awake. Its a constant problem with your site.
Love our Middle TN Electric Co. They keep us warm and Toasty when it's very cold In the summers we don't Suffer with our AC on. Thanks guys and gals
