I had a wonderful experience. From my sales guy, Neil, my office contact Tanya to my installer Tyler I have nothing but positive things to say.Tyler was Especially wonderful. He did a great installation. Tyler took the time to explain all the new features to the garage door opener and even helped me download the app. Tyler also had nothing but positive things to say about the company. As an employer myself that was Especially nice to hear. I am hoping this wonderful review will get me an invite to the Christmas party next year.

I absolutely love my new garage door! Everything from the sales person, payment and install went smoothly and pleasantly. This is my dream door. When a bolt from the opening device came loose and fell off I alerted them and they were out the next day. Replaced and secured everything. Excellent service. The technician arrived on time and completed the maintenance quickly. I had no trouble scheduling the annual door maintenance. The installation of the door opener was quick and convenient. However, not so psyched about the door opener itself. It's definitely quieter and smoother than the old motor. But, the garage door opener rarely works with our cars onboard remotes while in the 25' driveway, which was one of the reasons we went with the opener. It works upon initial programming but rarely after that. We've reprogrammed it multiple times and it works the first day but never again. The remotes hold the code but the door doesn't open. I don't know what the problem is but, I had installed a MyQ remote opener on our old door motor and it worked fine with our onboard remotes. Not so much with the new one. Asked the tech about it and was told it must be some type of interference. I don't know if I buy that since the

Installers were professional and curtious. Arrived and finished on time and work was very clean. Very happy with the new door and opener. If there was downside it was having to wait for the manufacturer to build the door but that does not fall on the company at all. They were up front and provided up to date info on scheduling and notifications
