Middleton Septic

I have never experienced such poor service as from Middleton Septic, now Republic. They rarely answer the phone. If you leave a message they never return your call. Showed up once. I was on a schedule for every other Tuesday. They skipped me. Calls were useless. Finally got lucky and the receptionist answered. She didn't know if the guys were working or not. Said she would call dispatch and tell them to call me. Never happened. Will never call them again except to leave them a message to tell them how crappy they are. Pun intended.

Middleton Septic worked out for us once before with zero complaints. Called them this morning to have my septic pumped. Aaron said he would be there around 4 p.m., which I was happy about. At 6:25 p.m., they were a no call-no show. I called and left a voicemail, expecting to receive a return call. As of 10:45 p.m. I have yet to hear from Middleton as to why they did not show, or if they would reschedule. As of 10:50 p.m. I am now trying to find another septic provider to contact in the morning.

I ordered a porta potty from the number on there website and they delivered 2 Days later without taking payment. Dennis Middleton that delivered it was very clear and easy to understand for the location of the unit for service. No contract or charge at that time, who does that anymore? Well, they do. 😀😃⭐🌟⭐⭐🌟

Middleton Septic & Portable Toilets' staff are both friendly and professional. Even after their staff were sent home for the day, the owner made arrangements so that I could pick up my unit since I was already there. I call that making it happen!

It will be a great day when they have some competition in the area. Getting them to stick to a routine is like pulling teeth. Communicating with them feels like communicating with the portable toilets themselves. If you want something done right, you have to talk to their family.
