Middletown HVAC has provided excellent and efficient service on multiple occasions for us! Truly, they have gone above and beyond! First, they took care of installing a mini split in our home - everything was expertly done and completed in a timely manner. But, Bryan really went above and beyond for us when our heater stopped working in the middle of a bad snowstorm. We called to schedule an appt for him to come out after the storm. He answered our call right away and instead of making an appt and coming out in a few days after the storm, he offered to problem solve with us on the phone to diagnose the minor issue. Then, he walked us through step-by-step how to resolve it. This was amazing of him to take the time and effort to go through this with us over the phone. He explained everything

Our realtor referred Middletown HVAC to us when we bought our house. Our inspection had flagged the previous HVAC system as needing to be replaced and the Middletown HVAC team got us set up with a great new system. Bryan, Heather, and the rest of the team did a fantastic job with the installation, as well as with some minor items that we needed help with. Beyond the installation, the team were great communicators with scheduling, as well as offering insights/tips where needed. We will continue to use them for any future HVAC needs. Bryan and his wife are such a pleasure. After our last HVAC company (whom we were clients of for 10+ years) left us high and dry when our unit broke last summer, Bryan came to the rescue. From the first call to their office, the initial consult and beyond, they have provided nothing but top notch service. They are extremely timely, communicative and their prices are reasonable. We just bought a new house and had not established an account with an HVAC company yet. Came home on a Friday night to no heat and temperatures predicted to drop down in the 20s. Called a few different hvac companies and got answering machines telling me they don’t take emergency calls from people without an established contract. Called Middletown HVAC at 6:30 pm, spoke to an actual person, had a tech dispatched right away and he arrived by 7:15. Bryan was able to diagnose our issue (out of oil, first time we’ve ever had oil heat), helped us adjust our emergency back up heat to get us through the night, and put us in touch with an oil delivery company to get scheduled for a Saturday morning delivery. Very friendly, and timely, gave us a crash course on things we should know about the HVAC
