We had a miserable experience with this vendor. The tooling is now with another vendor, but they are having so many issues with its design that we will likely need to start from scratch. We have lost many months and many thousands of dollars.
Midgard's customer service has relieved the headaches of our past supplier. We will be using them going forward for any injection molding needs!
It was a pleasure working with the engineering team during the tool build. Once it hit production their quality and on time deliveries were always there.
