My husband and I were dealing with a wasp problem and it had gotten to the point that I was scared to go in and out of my home. I am very allergic and we have 2 young children in the home. After calling around and getting super high quotes for service that would be a week out I contacted midlands. We were provided same day service within the hour and a full treatment of our home for a very reasonable price. It has been a week since the treatment and I have not seen any wasps around our home!! We experienced an infestation of bugs because of a prior renter. Larry was very professional, patient and knowledgeable, taking the extra time and care to spray problem areas. We continued to have bugs, although improvements were made. Kat went above and beyond our expectations to tackle the problem: sprayed, baited, and fogged at no extra charge since the problem was not resolved. This is a GREAT local company that is concerned about customer satisfaction and stands by their work in order to guarantee results. Highly recommend them and thank them for their extra effort and concern, going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and most importantly, RESULTS!!!

Larry and Kat are quite simply the best. In a refi on our house when some issues were found. They came out quickly and took care of the issues post haste. And Larry cleaned everything up like they had never been here! Then Larry added the termite bond to our house (we had been looking but everyone else is so expensive)! His rates were super reasonable. When we ran into a few bumps in the road getting the repair work to show correctly for the VA refi, Larry and Kat went above and beyond the call to help us out and get whatever was needed to the lender to clear us to close. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Do yourself a favor and call them. They are a family business that truly care for people.

Kat and Larry are the best!!! They help me pretty much get my house back to being comfortable. They took their time to spray my whole house down to get rid of the bugs and field mice. Being a business owner I always look for the mom and pop companies and this is what they are. Their prices can’t be beat and they go above and beyond.
