My experience with Midlands Truss has been fantastic. I am building my own home from soup to nuts. One of the few things I didn't want to do was have to figure out how to build the roof structure. I reach out to Midlands Truss and found a very supportive partner, even for a small project (just 680 sq ft.). Not only did they deliver big time on quality of the trusses, but also in supporting me with questions after I installed all of the trusses. During installation, I discovered an issue with the slab and needed to get feedback on what possible solutions I had to compensate for a low spot in the slab. I ordered my truss through Ed smith lumber who uses midlands truss. I got a call before they were delivered to discuss time frame. Day before I got another call to discuss day of delivery. Everything went according to plan and the driver was professional and courteous. I would definitely use midlands again as I can't thank them enough for doing exactly what they said and the preplanning that went into my order.
