Our community decided to install video cameras and add lighting to help safeguard our property in Owings Mills.We no sooner had the cameras installed when we were contacted by a detective. We called MidPoint and asked for their help. They never hesitated. They did a great job installing the cameras in the first place & followed up with immediate assistance in the second place. The cameras are amazing. We have decided to add some additional cameras in 2018. We highly recommend MidPoint Technology Group.
Honestly, working in tandem with MidPoint and seeing their work has been a pleasure. They come in on time and on budget, and have been incredibly responsive with what is their responsibility. Strongly encourage working with MidPoint Technology Group!
Do not rely on this company for quick support for any issues. My internet has been down for over a week and a half at this point and midpoint is incredibly unresponsive. Techs will not answer any calls and will call you once at random hours. If you do not pickup right away good luck getting a hold of them. I have never been able to reach them by phone and emails go unanswered for days.
Phenomenal visit! A very capable and professional group of individuals. Great advice and subject matter expertise that fits the budget.
Driver 123 should have his license revoked.
