From the beginning of my interactions with their team, to the end, they were very professional, courteous, and most importantly, meticulous. From the initial “sales” visit to the final closeout meeting at the project’s completion, I was impressed with this team. Notable early on was that Wilmer Stoltzfus was the ONLY person who inspected the outside of our roof AND the inside…meaning he asked to see in the attic…so he knew fully what the condition of the roof was prior to any job quote or work commencement. The organization and crew (Wilmer, Ervin, Chris, James, Rufus, Chase) were SENSATIONAL in every regard and aspect of the work - with EXCEPTIONAL craftsmanship, attention to detail, professionalism, and efficiency. They went out of their way to accomodate any question/concerns we had and worked-in special requests for addition of roof vents, exhaust fan housings, and installation of a permanent safety anchor point. I had Wilmer from Midtech come out to give me an estimate on our roof after another company told us we had to replace ours soon. He was very polite and professional! He even caulked some nail heads while he was up on the roof and told me we didnt have to replace it any time soon! I appreciated Midtechs honestly and would highly recommend them!

Wilmer and the guys did a great job. After asking a few questions and briefly watching them work, I had zero concern about things getting done correctly because that is just how they operate. From the customer service to the pricing, I don’t think you can find a better standing seam company. Do not waste your time call Midtech first.
