A section of wood floor in my bedroom was damaged due to a water leak from a pipe connected to the bathroom. Unfortunately, this was not known until I had my bathroom remodeled. I reached out to Midtown Hardwood since they did prior work in our home. My communication throughout with Carol was great. Bill was able to immediately come out to evaluate the damage and submit a reasonable quote to repair the floor. Joel did the repair and installed the new section of floor planks, which are amazing. I had my old house floors sanded and stained. Midtown Hardwood floor did an excellent job. I had the work done in two parts and they did a good job protected the part of the house they were not working in. They were polite, professional and on time. During the sanding, they found different woods and updated me sending pictures while I was working. They also perfectly fixed the floor in my closet. Highly recommended!

We bought an older house. Under the carpet we found some beautiful hardwood, but in the living room there was a patch of plywood where a former side porch had been enclosed, so we wanted to have flooring out down and everything restored and matched. Everything from the consultation to the work and the finished product was nothing short of amazing. The floors are stunning and there was never so much as a speck of dust in our home. The work crew arrived on time every single day (and I mean to the minute, which I appreciate as I don't like early surprises and also don't like to have my time wasted by waiting). I cannot recommend this company enough. Great people, great product, and we absolutely love our new living and dining areas!

We are not house flippers but we enjoy improving houses and living in them 5-10 yrs and doing it again. We’ve done several hardwood floor projects on houses. Midtown Hardwood are real people that care, respond and know their trade. We got a price from another well known company that appears to do mostly new homes. We ran into a surprise when uncovering some plywood subfloor and Bill was there on the scene within 20 min to take care of business. I like these people and the way they run their business. I would say they will be my 1st choice next time also. This East Memphis house was built in 1954 and added onto a few times.

I called Midtown because my floors were redone by a second hand company and looked HORRIBLE! Carol immediately notified the owner who came out and did an assessment of my nearly ruined floors. He was very confident he could repair the damage. Midtown showed up the next day with one of the most skilled craftsman I have ever watched work. Joel spent the whole day repairing the damage, and by days end my floors were beautiful. The next day I got my second coat of floor finish and I could NOT be happier with the outcome. THANK YOU MIDTOWN HARDWOOD for saving my restoration! Five stars isn’t good enough for this company, in my opinion. Richard Nelson
