Midtown Lanier Parking Inc

I parked here for a meeting today where I got a ticket at 12:45pm and I left at 4:15pm. The automatic pay machine was broken and the cashier was extremely rude to begin with, snatching my ticket. Apparently my ticket wouldn't scan in the machine so she charged me for a whole day...$15. It says my timestamp on my ticket so she could have just charged me for that amount of time. She didnt even tell me she was charging me $15 before she already charged my card. She wasn't even going to tell me that I was being charged $15 until I asked how much I was charged. I seriously couldn't believe how unprofessional this was.

SP Plus runs this parking deck. I parked here for two years while I worked across the street. No issues there other than some sketchy people who hang out there at night. After abruptly leaving the company that I was with, I canceled my monthly parking pass here. They forced me to pay for another month citing that they needed 30-day notice to cancel the account, they failed to actually cancel it, and then charged me for another half a month. Absolute garbage of a company.

Terrible staff, was parked for only 30 minutes yet they tried to charge me 18 dollars.. when i said no they then charged me four dollars. I said no the ratea say 1 dollar per 20 minutes and left paying 2 dollars.

It’s fine. Expensive but I got trapped one time and they let me right out via the intercom.
