I highly recommend this place. My key broke in my door and they had someone out in less than an hour. I believe the technician name was Greg but he was very helpful I already had a new key fob and he cut the key and set everything up right from my driveway, he even got it to remote start and that has never worked since I got the car almost 3 years ago. Oh yeah and they give you a free quote first and they are very affordable 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽.

I gave them a call in the morning to see if they could duplicate my car key. The guy took down my info, and said that his technician would contact me shortly. I didn't hear back from them, so I gave them another call in the afternoon. He took down my info again and said I'd be contacted shortly. I waited another day and still didn't get any call back. I don't mind waiting if their schedule is full, but if they aren't available for multiple days, they should have told me that. "Contacted shortly" normally means within a few hours. Customers shouldn't have to keep calling them just to figure out when they're coming. Edit: bumping up from 2 to 4 stars for their kind reply to my review. I already had a different locksmith copy the key, but at least they were willing to make it right.

Called on 12/30. Gentleman took my name, address, make and model and said somebody would be in touch. It was a holiday week so a slight delay didn’t seem crazy. Called back on 1/5 as I still had not gotten a call. This gentleman also took my info and said a manager would call me. I received a call from a manager a little while later who asked the same info and told me he’d call back after speaking to a tech. The manager called back shortly and told me that he’d have somebody out in a few hours for a spare car key. Cool right? The manager refused to give me a price and told me they have to have my current key and my car to even give me a quote.
