Midtown Parking Garage

Money hungry management/business who is not willing to work with paying customers. I have paid a $100+ monthly membership the last year, and when I tried to transfer the membership to a different vehicle, they attempted to charge me an additional $120. This $120 would be added onto the $100+ that I already paid for that month. I was clear that I did not want two vehicles, but just one vehicle and they insisted that they would charge me the additional $120. Do not use this garage or any service associated to this company.

Its ok I recomend it. Price is OK

I was charged $35 to park here for less than one hour. When I paid to exit, the reader said "please remove card" even though I had already removed my credit card. I called the help button as the gate wouldn't open, and the person let me through, but I come to find out later that the kiosk charged me the max amount because of this.

Good parking, inexpensive for short stays

I've been trying to cancel my monthly pass account for more than a month. They don’t respond, continue to auto-charge, and don't allow card removal from the account.
