Midtown Plaza Parking Garage

We left our car overnight at the top of the stairs(5th level), it was very convenient, very close to our hotel and our car was in perfect shape when we picked it up the next day and it was $20 for 24 hours. Highly recommend!

Very good experience- used the lot this past weekend. Entry/pull ticket and pay/exit system worked flawless. I had to call the Help line this morning and it took a couple mins to connect but the live support was very good, understood the situation and recommended the fix to get me on my way. Just not the best short term alternative since rate goes to $14 after ~2 hours but good for up to 24 hours. Definitely would use again if available. Note- nothing major going on in the way of events at Woodruff or adjoining hotel so not busy at all Sat-Sun.

I sat in this deck for over an hour trying to leave following the Atlanta St. Patrick’s Day Parade. When finally I got to the exit pay machine, they insisted I give them another $16 on top of the $16 I already paid at the pedestrian kiosk because I didn’t leave within 30 minutes. I plead with the lady manning the call assistance line that I physically could not get out in that time due to the amount of people leaving and the fact that only one exit lane was open. Evidently, this is what caused the massive backup because everyone seemingly had to call the help line after being stuck for over 30 minutes. She refused to let me out for several minutes until begrudgingly agreeing to make an exception. Who knows how many people they forced into paying $32 instead of the posted $16 for 24 hours.

If I could give this place a zero I would. The entrance machine did not give us a ticket, and there was no one there to explain or help. Have no employees assisting the parking lot. When we called on the exit speaker to let them know and let us out, they charged us full price for a missing ticket that was never given to us. We wouldn't have minded giving them the first hour but full price? Any other vehicle that goes through that entrance will go through the same thing. The lady on the speaker was unhelpful, could not understand us and wouldn't let us out unless we paid the price of a missing ticket, that again wasn't provided to us. No one can help you right there, will never come here again. Now I understand their 2.5 rating.

I've never rated a parking deck before. I agree, why isn't 0 a choice. We have been sitting in this deck for an hour, unable to even leave our spot. There is a staff member at the exit doing nothing. We have now missed the next show we were scheduled to perform in. I know others trapped with us have the same problem. I can't believe we are being charged $16 to be trapped here for over an hour (still in our space even as I finish this).
