I really wish the brother had been in because the brother that was in today has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I heard later on in the day that it’s the brother that wasn’t present that is great at helping customers. The guy today ( cannot call him a gentleman ) was terrible! We were in their studio at least a half hour before we were even approached. Just two people in the shop both too busy to help or even smile. I felt very stressed out with his mannerisms as did my best friend! He would make snide remarks and question every decision we made. And get this we would have to pay him $100.00 to get an estimate and the measurements of the our kitchen verified. Needless to stay we went across the street at the Auction Outlet afraid of having to go through a bad experience again—-however within
