Installation of this new walk-in shower was excellent from start to finish. From the sales rep right on up to our excellent installer. Connor kept me informed along every step of the way was courteous and clean up after himself in every stage. We are extremely happy with the quality and the time or lack there of that it took to install this great new addition to our home.

He exhibited strong task management skills throughout the project. However, his demeanor deteriorated significantly on the final day. Based on his performance, I would not consider rehiring him. A notable concern arose when he requested a payment of over $5,000 from my mother. Upon learning of this, I addressed the issue with him, explaining that the project was already financed through a bank. His attitude worsened. Furthermore, he failed to install the shower handlebars grips and shower head as requested. After completing the project, he inquired about the $5,000 again, and I reiterated that it was financed, providing the relevant bank paperwork. He disputed this, claiming that the financing was not from one of their approved providers, despite Austin and his manager having assisted with

Frankly, I was a little skeptical about the time frame for installation. As a contractor and supervisor for a large commercial construction company, and with many years of residential services experience, I can unequivocally say that they do as they say. The product is good quality, the installer competent, and the scope of work was complete. I've done many kitchen/bath remodels personally and I'd put my name on this one. I'd have done this one had it not been 400 miles away, and im quite sure it would have taken me longer to do than this just in the amount of time for product orders, subcontractors, and labor. They have a system that works. Its expensive, but all things considered it's well worth it. Highly recommend it.

Did a fantastic job! Very polite and friendly! I am very happy with my new bathroom. Looks very modern and up to date. From start to finish everyone was nice and accommodating!

Larry did a great job! He called to let us know when he would show up. He was on time. Great job with installation. It's beautiful! He worked all day. The salesman was very good.
