Midwest Bath

We have had 6 or 7 companies come out to our home to give us bids on changing out tub to a walk in shower. Our experience with Jose and Jordan was beyond our expectations by far! There was no bad mouthing other companies. Jose gave us facts and impressed us with how Midwest bath compared to everyone else we have met with. Jordan took the time to answer our questions and make sure our needs were met. She was kind and thorough with her service. Thank you for helping us get the bathroom we need!

Levi came to my house around 8:30 and started work. He asked us where we wanted all the handles and shower head and shelves locations. He was very professional and once he was finished he cleaned everything up and even Vacuumed. He also went over all the cleaning and warranty information with us. We would definitely recommend them to anyone. We couldn’t believe how fast they were able to get it done. We had them come and bid and then they were able to install it the next day!!! You have a customer for life.

She explained in great detail all the options and reasoning behind a bathroom remodel and how I as a Costco member could benefit from it! We connected with One Day Bath through Costco. Our Design Consultant was Tiffany Long. She was great to work with. John Clark and his crew did the installation They did a great job. They were on time, kept us up to date on their progress throughout the day and cleaned up very well before they left, and they did it all in one day. The faucet, shower head, shelf/grab bar and door were all high quality. Love the life time warranty. We are very pleased.

John and Roberto and a third worker whose name I didn’t get did a great job. We are very pleased with their work and how well it all turned out. Very knowledgeable and respectful. Cleaned up great.
