We are so pleased this the service we received. Brandt was able to answer our questions and didn't make us feel judged in any way. Our tech was Anders and he was great! He was very thorough and confident in his work. He was professional and also kept me updated throughout the day. I can't explain the peace I got from getting this service done to our home. We pray we NEVER have to go through this again. BUT, *If* we ever do, I know who we will call. Thank you doesn't even feel like enough.

Brandt was very efficient in taking care of the problem. He had a very difficult task dealing with an old house with lots of nooks and crannies. Very satisfied with the service he provided. Brandt communicated with us leading up to the job, viewing photos and advising on the best methods to clean and organize to make his job more effective. The company was very accommodating with financing and I'm happy with the job they did for my family during a difficult time. One of the most courteous businesses I have ever done business with. Being 72 and never having had an experience with bed bugs he made us feel as comfortable as possible about our problem.
