Despite the small nature of my project (maintaining a flagstone path), the guys took the time to explain what they had available and let me select it myself. I'd recommend MBB to anyone interested in creating a more interesting stone-scape around their house.

I needed a single replacement tile for my dock. When I stopped in I was initially told I could not get one directly from them. A couple days after leaving an initial review about my disappointment I was contacted by a regional VP who went out of his way to locate a replacement tile and have it delivered from St Louis to the local location in Columbia. I was very impressed that 1) they actually read my review 2) took the initiative to contact me and 3) went out of their way to get me what I needed. It’s great to see a local company care deeply about customer satisfaction.

Besides having a small misunderstanding a few weeks ago, in which I had jumped the gun by giving a not so good review, I've never had any problems with delivery or product. I spoke to Jeremy from Jefferson City branch and he fine tuned everything with great customer service and with true genuineness that provided me with comfort and satisfaction.....I will be staying busy at first of spring, and I know that I will be calling Midwest Block for my stones.
