Clint Garner did our new septic tank area on our acre only to have the lowest parts of the new mound slope/lead straight toward the house causing a 1-ft. pool against our home when it rains. Lowest parts of the mount shot 4in., highest of the base 10in. After a few friendly conversations then notifying him about the elevations he never showed up for an estimate. Clint Garner would not return my phone calls once I mentioned these elevations. I do not recommend Midwest Ex. Clint will not honor his word, work nor will he fix his mistakes.

It takes weeks to get them back in to finish the job, they put 2 other contractors back 2-3 weeks and wouldn't answer the phone, I had to ask if I needed to call someone else to finish the job to get them to come back and keep working. Don't count on your bill being what they quote you either, expect to pay about 3 times more. There wasn't a single warning our bill would triple so we were incredibly surprised when we got the bill in the mail. We knew more work was going to be done so we expected it to go up slightly but there was absolutely no communication how high it was going to increase. Save yourself the headache and money and just hire another company so you don't have to chase them

Highly recommend Clint and the crew at Midwest Excavating LLC!!! They did an amazing job at my house even working on a Saturday to ensure the job got done. They ran into a few obstacles due to the age of my home but remained professional and dedicated to the job. Quality work at a reasonable price!!

I hired Midwest Excavating to bring city water into my home. The day came for them to do the work and they showed up on time an got the project taken care of. There were a few issues, but Clint and the crew at Midwest went WAY above and beyond any expectations that I had to make sure that things were made right and that I was happy in the end. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone that needs any sort of excavation work done!

This is not a honest and reputable company. One of their trucks damaged the front of my vehicle with debris caked to the back of their dump truck. They refused to pay for the damages. I would look elsewhere for for excavating needs. Try First Rate Excavate Inc for your excavating needs. Maybe they are a honest reputable company.
