We called Midwest Garage Door about our garage door not working. They sent Donnie out the next day. He was prompt and explained that our motor on the 25-year-old unit was gone! He gave us several options to choose from for a new one. We choose and he had Matt and Mark set to install the next morning at 8am. They were right on time and told us that it would take an hour to complete. 23 minutes later they were done!!! They explained everything about our new Genie unit. I highly recommend this Pawnee local company for anything garage door related.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Within hours of emailing requesting a quote for a garage screen, we had an appointment set. The salesman, Michael, was very thorough and answered all of my questions. The ease of speaking with him and not feeling any pressure assured me this was the company I wanted to work with. The installers were on time, communicated with me via text since I could not be at home, and had it finished in no time. 2nd house. 3rd time using MGD. Still equally impressed. The technician came out and gave me a short term cost effective solution to fix my problem and told me what I would have to do eventually. Which I really appreciated because who wants to drop a couple thousand dollars at the drop of a hat. He completed the work fast, the price was fair and I have had no issues.

We recently had some issues with our garage door remotes not always working. Midwest had a technician out within days to diagnose the issue. It was determined we needed a new opener. They happened to have an opening on the installation schedule the very next day to get us a new opener installed. Everyone we dealt with was fabulous; from the office staff to the service tech and installers. We didn't shop around, but feel like their prices are competitive with others.
