⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience with Midwest Heating & Cooling. I contacted four different HVAC companies for information and quotes on duct cleaning and sanitation, and Darla from Midwest was the only one who got back to me right away. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, explained the process clearly, and was very upfront about pricing. They were reasonably priced and even offered a special discount for duct work booked in February, which was a nice bonus. Scheduling was quick and easy. On the day of service, the technician, Nathan, called when he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was polite, professional, and very informative, and he did an awesome job. February 27 I had a total installation a furnace and AC unit. 2 gentlemen from Midwest heating an cooling. Garrett an his helper, which i can't remember. Sorry. Informed me on their eta an where they could park in the driveway. From that point they were shown where the old furnace was, an they did their work. I made small talk with both of them, but didn't want to disturb them. I was happy with their professionalism on their work an their representation for Midwest. Thank you Mike G for fixing our furnace in the middle of winter when it stopped working! He was super nice even late at night! He left everything tidy when he left. Pricing was super affordable for an emergency call on the weekend.
