Terrible quality and even worse customer service. If you go through Menards for counter tops just buy the store stock stuff and cut it yourself. I could have saved about $300 because I had to fix it all myself anyways. Miters don't line up, sink hole was cut too small (not matching with the template), and the island top was warped and had chips. Their only response to all of the issues is that the warping on the island is normal and the guy said it was because I did not use build up strips and I kept telling him I did and sent pictures. He eventually said they could replace it in 3 or 4 weeks but it will probably be warped too. That's super helpful.

This place is absolutely horrible. Been waiting 2 months for an order and they will not answer calls or messages and will not answer emails. Order cannot be cancelled through Menards. Out $8000 and now getting sued because my project is delayed. This is the very worst experience I have had in 35 years in the industry.

Got it on time they gave a dock door but the problem is delivery takes a 2 to 3 hrs . Cuz they have to break down the pallets .

WORST MENARDS AND WORKERS! Live unload takes forever, not polite not friendly, Menards should be working on making some changes for better business. Unloading takes minimum 5 hours, and can be more up to 9 hours. WORST!!! WASTE OF TIME.

Check in at 8:30am empty at 11am. Not bad for that Facility:)))))
