Midwest Pool Management

Not sure where you all find your employees, but they are some of the rudest I've encountered. Today's "manager" at the Odessa Aquatic Center was absolutely wretched in how she spoke to children. Year after year, I'm dumbfounded at how you can top the past employees but you always seem to manage to scrape someone up that has absolutely no people skills or respectable qualities.

Y’all going to have a lawsuit on your hands about firing my son for YOUR negligence. Oh boy I can’t wait for you to be served official documents. You have 24 hours to contact me or our lawyers before I’m the new owner of y’all’s pools. Thank you.

Update-November 9, 2021: Midwest Pool Management and the Harrisonville Community Center management immediately (9/29/21) closed the pool for a few days to fix the corrosive pool chemicals. They drained, refilled, and balanced the pool chemicals so now it is safe. Initial Review-September 28, 2021: Midwest Pool Management has been doing a an extremely poor job at managing the pool chemicals at the Harrisonville Community Center. My swimsuit's colors were bright and vibrant turquoise, pink, and purples. After being in the water only 1 HOUR it's completely bleached out from the EXTREMELY high levels of chlorine!!! Two of my fellow participants also had their swimming suits RUINED! Our skin was also flaky white after we dried off! I have taught water aerobics at numerous pool locations
